It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Koob (Perth Amboy, New Jersey), born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 5, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Robert; her children, Kenneth J. Murafsky (Penny) of Metuchen, Denise Ihnat (Michael) of Edison, Mary Getty (Patrick) of Metuchen, Michelle Moran (Robert) of Scotch Plains and Karen Brown (David) of Edison; her grandchildren, Marybeth, Kenny, Patrick Jr, Joseph, Kathryn, Robert, Meghan, Kaitlynn, Matthew and Ryan; and her sisters, Marie Halbert of Woodbridge and Kathy Dubroff of Whiting. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
