He is survived by: his siblings, Daniel, Felicia and Hilario Acevedo; his children, Julio Acevedo (Lina Maria Perez), Miguel Acevedo (Marisol Marte), Iluminada (Manuel Espaillat), Danilo Acevedo (Delmocenes Terrera), Nelson Acevedo (Yadira Acosta), Aracelis (Artemio Villa), Ivelice Acevedo (Felix Rosario), Ubaldo (Maria Esther Acevedo), Odalis Acevedo (Yadira Solis) and Jacqueline Acevedo; and his sibling Reina Acevedo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
