She is survived by: her children, Carmen Fernandez (Juan Hernandez), Arelis Mercedes Fernandez (Fransico Demeteiro), Gillermo Fernandez (Maria), Jose Antonio Fernandez (Mercedes Marte), Nicholas Constantino Fernandez and Jaime De Jesus Fernandez; and her sister Sophia Castillo.
