He was predeceased by: his father Louis Skelly Sr.; and his sister Evelyn Skelly. He is survived by: his son Louis Skelly III; his mother Angeline Skelly; and his siblings, Phyllis Wallace, Constance Wilson and Nicholas Skelly (Lola Alston).
