He was predeceased by: his mother Janice; his niece Amanda; and his brother-in-law Joseph Matula. He is survived by: his father William Church Sr.; and his siblings, Billy (Patricia), Raymond (Nicole), John (Maria), Greg (Heidi), Marlene "Sissy" Church and Peggy Church Matula. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews.
