It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maureen Polak of Perth Amboy, New Jersey, who passed away on July 14, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Fimiani and Marie Lesniak Fimiani; her sister Barbara Polak; and her sister-in-law Joan Fimiani. She is survived by: her children, Thomas J. Polak IV and Marie Garon; her grandson Frankie Garon; and her brother Martin Fimiani. She is also survived by five nieces.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. James R.C. Church, 149 Grove St, Woodbridge, NJ in mom's memory.
