He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Carr and Elizabeth A. Carr. He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy"; his children, Matthew, Katelyn Carr and Jay Minetello; his siblings, Kathy (Rory Rickwood) and Timothy (Peggy Carr); his siblings' children, Megan, Ryan, Blake and Elizabeth; Ed Mahon.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Michael's memory can be made to the Sea Cadets organization made out to: USNCC NWS Earle Division and send it to the Funeral Home.
