He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Bataille, Sr. and Alice Bataille; and his siblings, Wilfred Batille, John Bataille, Frank Bataille, Edwin Bataille, Robert Bataille, Bette Hagetter, Marilyn Parette and Nancy DeFrance.
He is survived by: his brother Thomas Bataille. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
