He was predeceased by: his father Antonio Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Carmen Minerva Ontiveros; his children, Victor, LoriAnn, Evander, Amanda, Angel, Victoria and Alisander; and his brother Vincent. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
