With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Delores M. Balas of Phillipsburg, New Jersey, born in Taunton, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 17, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Antonio Silva and Mary Silva (Ferris); and her brothers, James Silva and Robert Silva. She is survived by : her husband Frank Balas; her daughters, Darlene Pinto (Tom Hancewicz) of Whitehall, PA and Wanda Callari (Bruce) of Oakland, NJ; her stepson Mark Balas of Allentown; her grandchildren, Scott Ernst and Renee Callari; her great grandchild Sebastian Ernst; her siblings, Patricia Pelletier of Lincoln, RI and Frank Silva; and her aunt Alice Perry of Taunton.
