It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell E. Haring of Phillipsburg, New Jersey, who passed away on April 12, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his siblings, Louise Haring, Robert, Ronald, Richard and Roy.

He is survived by : his wife Jean E. Haring (Miers); his daughters, Lori Crouse, Melissa Lilly and Shirley Dilts; his sons-in-law, BJ Lilly and Kevin Dilts; his grandchildren, Connor, Emily Lilly, Steven Crouse, Ryan and Luke Dilts; his pet Ollie; his friend Jamie Stem; his brother-in-law Richard Miers (Joann); and his siblings, Lucille Hoffner, Veda Haring, Loretta Zagra, Floyd Gray (Red) and Roger Haring.

In lieu of flowers, monetary donations may be made to the Phillipsburg Education Association Scholarship Fund, c/o Jo Bononno, Phillipsburg High School, 1 Stateliner Blvd., Phillipsburg, NJ.
