It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Theodore J. Sager Jr. (Phillipsburg, New Jersey), who passed away at the age of 83, on July 16, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Theodore may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Theodore touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore J. Sager Sr. and Esther Amarando Sager; and his brother Clarence Sager (Brud). He is survived by: his wife Barbara E. Moran Sager; his children, Theresa Sovorsky (Mike), Ted Sager (Linda) and Debra Milite (Patrick Gargone); and his brothers, Joseph and Dennis Sager. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Finegan Funeral Home (302 Heckman St, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Philip & St. James Catholic Church (430 S Main St, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865).
