She was predeceased by : her parents, Angelo Vazquez and Minnie Foglia Vazquez; her sister Donna Vazquez; and her grandson Timothy Mancini. She is survived by : her husband Raymond; her sons, Daniel of Phillipsburg, NJ. and Nicholas Mancini of Phillipsburg, NJ.; her siblings, Alex Vazquez of Long Island, NY and Angela Foglia of Yonkers, NY.; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Mancini and Jonathan Mancini.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of Victoria, may be made to the Emmanuel Christian Center, P.O. Box 5113, Phillipsburg, NJ. 08865.
