She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Counsellor and Rachel Counsellor (Sunderland); her husband Leon Sr.; her siblings, Thomas Counsellor and Jane Plummer; her children, Debra Emel and Leon Jr.; her son-in-law Paul Ambruster; and her grandson Jeremiah Emel.
She is survived by: her children, NJ, Christine Kugler (Jack), Linda Sue Pedrick (Ron), Judith Ambruster, Connie (Don Crum), Martin, Randy (Bonnie), Ronald (Kym), Sheila, Dawn Howell (Carl) and Raymond; and her daughter-in-law Mary Owens. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren.
