She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Andrew L. Devlin of Pine Hill and Diane Huesser; her stepfather Charles F. Huesser, Sr. of Pine Hill; her child John Paul Froggatt, Jr.; her grandchild Emma; her siblings, Martha, Charles Jr. and Laura; her pets, Cleo and Tony; and also Krystal Devlin.
