With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tami Brooke O'Connell (Pine Hill, New Jersey), born in Voorhees, New Jersey, who passed away on March 22, 2019 at the age of 38. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Tami Brooke was loved and cherished by many people including : parents, Carlotta O'Connell and Stephen O'Connell of Pine Hill; grandmother Regina A. Yezzi of Pine Hill; and uncles, Christopher Yezzi (Joan), Mark Yezzi (Debbie) and Patrick O'Connell (Linda). Tami Brooke was also cherished by cousins and friends.
