He was predeceased by: his father Robert. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Sincius; his stepfather Anthony; and his siblings, Robert Clark (Lori) of Bethlehem, PA, Deborah Garcia (Peter Basile) of Washington, Kimberly Smith (Andrew) of Mocksville, NC, Kristina Clark of Bethlehem, PA and Cheryl Vietri (Joseph) of Middlesex. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
