He is survived by: his wife Amy; his son Jonathan; his daughter-in-law Kate; his grandsons, Ryan and Matthew; his son Gregory; his daughter-in-law Lacey; and his siblings, Ronald Myzie (Jan) and Loraine Nusser (Richard).
