Novak, Jr. (Kelly); her former life partner Ronald Smith; her grandchildren, Kelsey Smith, Kyle, Niko, Cristopher Ioannides, Marcus Czarrunchick and John M. Novak; her sisters, Patricia Ross, Janet Stanhope and Theresa Mazzarella; her daughter-in-law Kathy Smith; and her pet Saki. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
