He was predeceased by: his stepson Steven Walter Johnson; and also Philip. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Ferrara (Perrette); his children, Linda Ferrara, Sammy Ferrara and Amy Ferrara; and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Jenny Lynn, Samantha and Samuel. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
