He is survived by: his children, Conor, Caroline, Kyle and Veronica; his mother Alice Boyland of Piscataway; his sister Geralyn Colvil (Bruce); his niece Stephanie Colvil; his nephew Robert Colvil; his former wife Patricia Boyland; and also Dan Pieper.
