He was predeceased by: his son Thomas IV; his parents, Helen and Thomas; and his siblings, Elizabeth Cadmus and James.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughters, Amanda Heide and Erin (Daniel Orr); and his grandchildren, Brandon, Jackson, Hayden, Ronan and Julie. He is also survived by husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.
