She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Vestina Dawkins and Obediah Dawkins; her husband Joseph Elisha Francis; her children, Lorraine, Valetta, Veronica and Errol; and her siblings, Hurvel, Earl, Beatrice, Zelma, Una, Lola and Isola. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, three sisters-in-law; one brother-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews.
