It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mandel Sly of Plainfield, New Jersey, who passed away on November 15, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Winnie Faye Clark and John Clarence Clark. He is survived by : his children, Malachi and Faith; his parent Debra Ann Clark; his siblings, Denzel, Damon Clark and Kelly Clark; his aunts, Brunella, Roberta and Corliss Clark; his uncle John Clark; his cousin Melody; and his nieces and nephews, Lorenzo, Mateo and Valentina Clark.

Masks and social distancing have been requested by the family and are required in Funeral Home and Church.
