She was predeceased by : her parents, John Petsko and Ruth Petsko (Wolven); and her siblings, Jack Petsko, Robert Petsko and Lorraine Smith.

She is survived by : her husband Raymond; her son Ronald J. Kozlowski of New Brunswick, NJ; her sisters, Ruth McAlinden of Nutley, NJ, Carol Petsko of Nutley, NJ, Lois Lukashonak of Easton, PA and Judy Petsko of Nutley, NJ; and her grandson Ryan Kozlowski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
