It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet M. Ekkers of Pompton Lakes, New Jersey, who passed away on September 27, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Morano and Florence Morano; her children, Michelle Ekkers (Luis), Christopher Ekkers (Dana), Jason Ekkers (Lucia) and Dwayne Ekkers; her former husband Al Ekkers; her grandchildren, Robert, Angelica, Brielle Mirrer, Amanda, Jared, Jason, Nicholas and Randi Lynn Ekkers; and her siblings, Robert and Elaine.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Janet's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or VITAS Hospice would be greatly appreciated by her family.
