He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard G. Foster, Sr. and Elizabeth Valentine; and his parents-in-law, Carleton W. Wyss and Joyce M. Wyss. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Foster of Sparta, NJ; his sons, Michael Scott Foster of Hardyston, NJ and Mark Andrew Foster of Blairstown, NJ.; and his cousin Kathy Guariglia of Powder Springs, GA..
Visitation was held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Morrison Etheridge Funeral Home, Inc. (86 Bartholdi Ave, Butler, NJ 07405). A funeral service was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
