He was predeceased by : his father R. Wayne Hollberg; and his brother Steven. He is survived by : his daughters, Jill (Bean), Samantha and Jillian; his mother Nancy; his sisters, Karen Hollberg and Connie Friedman (Bob); and the mother of his children Megan Bancroft. He is also survived by his 11 nieces and nephews.
