She is survived by : her daughters, Linda Church of Spafford, NY, Barbara Church (Shirley Warin) of Culver Lake, NJ, Jayne Nielsen (Tom Ball) of Forked River, NJ and Janet Church (Elinor) of Pompton Plains; and her grandchildren, Randy, Ben, Maia and Robert. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
