He was predeceased by: his parents, John Moore and Ellen Moore; and his siblings, Michael Moore and Ellen Moore. He is survived by: his wife Susan Moore; his children, John Moore III (Jessica), Michael Moore, Brandon Piccini and Kelley Pryor (Andrew) of Amy Dura; his stepchildren, Jessica Binetti (Adam), James Catapano and Katarina Catapano; and his siblings, Kevin Moore (Patricia), Cyndi Plummer (Paul) and Ashely Moore.
