He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Velazquez and Luz Maria Matos. He is survived by: his sons, Shamil and Josiah Velazquez. He is also survived by 5 siblings.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home (1024 E Landis Ave, Vineland, NJ 08360). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
