He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie K. Kumasaka and Florence (Riker); his former wife Edith Snyder; his wife Ruth; his daughter Sharon Kumasaka; and his sisters, Viola Jacoby and Florence Lemmerman.
He is survived by: his children, Alan Kumasaka (Mary Jo) and Lynne Day (Russell). He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
