He was predeceased by: his parents, Vito Porcaro and Erminia Porcaro (Furioso). He is survived by: his brother Luigi Porcaro; his wife Palma Porcaro (Baldino); his children, Cristina Porcaro, Maria Porcaro, Gennaro "Gerry" Porcaro and Rita Porcaro; and his granddaughter Isabella Pilla (Jancel Nunez).
