He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Calcagno and Emerita Fuentes (Rodriguez); his former wife Lisa Adamson Calcagno; his brother Antonio Calcagno (Tony); his godson Antonio A. Calcagno (Tony, Jr.); his aunt Mirtha Rodriguez; and his cousins, Lily, Lucho and Pedro.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
