He was predeceased by: his wife Lin Chen; and his daughter Judy (Benson). He is survived by: his children, Betty (James), Lucy (Ray) and Grace (Adam); his grandchildren, Jonathan (Nina), Melanie (Zamaine), Jacqueline, Alexandra, Brandon, Evan, Lauren, Caitlin and Jordan; and his great grandchildren, Eleanor and Andrew.
