She was predeceased by: her parents, Jens Olsen and Madeline Olsen; her children, Cheryl and Steven; and her siblings, Doris Fredholm (Richard) and Ronald Olsen (Priscilla).
She is survived by: her husband Carsten Paulsen; her children, James (Stacey), Christopher (Rose) and Meredith (Michael Mangini); her grandchildren, James Jr., Kristen (Aaron), Emily, Bara, Sean, Michael Jr. and Dakota; and her great grandchildren, Hannah, Landon, Lauren, Hailey, Brooklyn, Brayden and Madilynn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
