She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyril S. Stanley and Harriet Murdock Stanley; and her brother James S. Stanley. She is survived by: her husband Dr. William P. Burks; and her children, Katharine (William Hackett), Elizabeth (Holly), Paul Becker of Lawrenceville, NJ, Deborah (Michael Southwick), William Jr. (Whip) and Katrina Burks of Duxbury, VT. She is also survived by her children and fourteen grandchildren.
