He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his son James Perle; his daughter-in-law Kristine Perle; his son Rob Perle; his daughter-in-law Anjali Shah; his grandchildren, Jaya, Dhiren and Nirvan; and his son Matthew Curran.

A memorial mass will be held on Friday, July 6, at 10:45AM at St. Paul Church, 214 Nassau St., Princeton, NJ followed by a burial at the church cemetery Donations in his honor may be made to The College of the Holy Cross.
