She is survived by: her son John P. Servis; her daughter-in-law Moira O'Connor-Servis of Orefield, PA; her grandsons, Stephen and Andrew Koch; her brother Richard A. Perry of Ithaca, NY; and her nieces, Maryanna Crawford (David), Jane Kufta (Bill), Cindy Farnham (Butch) and Marilyn Sgrecci (Carl).
