He was predeceased by: his parents, Emily Collins (Swan) and Morton Collins, Sr.; his wife Carole Shreve; his daughter Lisa; and his former wife Eva Karacsony.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Collins of Princeton, NJ; and his children, Kristy (David), Melissa (Mike), Quincey (Rob) and Tyler (Stephanie). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
