He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack Itzkowitz and Gussie Schmier; his uncle Norm; his wife Leonore; his children, Jay (Pria Chatterjee) and Karen; his granddaughters, Anjali, Aliya Itzkowitz, Ruby and Dvora Redlich; and his sister Edith. He was also cherished by nephews, nieces and grandnephews and grandnieces.
