She was predeceased by : her husband Dr. Donald B. Lewis; her siblings, Dr. Francis P. and Phyllis; and her daughter Marie M. Lewis. She is survived by : her siblings, James, Marie and Priscilla; her children, Pati Piper (Steve), Cynthia Larsen (Mark), Jessica Houlihan and Susan Berthel (Steve); and her grandson Donald (Catherine). She is also survived by three grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
