He was predeceased by: his wife Katherine "Kay" Freeh; and his granddaughter Rose Morrisey Engel. He is survived by: his children, Tim Freeh (Beth) of Milford, DE, Peggy Freeh (Andrew Funk) of Boulder, CO, Anne Engel (Samuel) of Brookline, MA and Caitlin Freeh (Joe Arns) of Princeton, NJ.; and his grandchildren, Daniel Funk, Caroline Funk, Isaac Engel, Will Arns, Catherine Arns and Henry Arns. He is also survived by many siblings, nieces and nephews.
