With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Howard Vanderhoof in Princeton, New Jersey, who passed away on October 15, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though William may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those William touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howard and Lillian Mae Sutton Vanderhoof; and his sister Gwendolyn Vanderhoof Remppies. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Vanderhoof; his brother Bruce Vanderhoof; his children, Joy Vanderhoof (Bruce Dyleski), Charles Vanderhoof and William Vanderhoof (Sarah Zimmerman); and his grandchildren, Julia and Kai Vanderhoof. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
