He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Kupka. He is survived by: his children, Lynn Stamm (Rick) of Point Pleasant and Michael Kupka (Nicole) of West Hempsted; his siblings, Helen Nycz and Johnnie Kupka; and his grandchildren, Rebecca and Timothy Andrew "Timmy".
