She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Paul Parilla and Christina Parilla (Rishko); her husband Paul; her sister Mary; her daughters, Carol Teufel (Tom) of Rahway and Deyanne Nesh (Bill) of Thousand Oaks, California; her grandchildren, David, Michelle, Carrie, Jessica and Kevin; her great grandchildren, John, Elisabeth, Clare, David Jr., Ashlee, Marissa and Leila; her sister-in-law Marie Kapiec; her friend Doris; Bunny.
Her parents were Ukrainian immigrants (Ukrainian was her first language), and the Ukrainian culture and immigrant community, along with her Byzantine Catholic faith, formed the loving foundation of her early years and experiences.
