He is survived by: his wife Ala Berisha Forsythe; his son Christopher D. Forsythe, Jr.; his parents, Donald B. Forsythe and Marta Gomez Forsythe of Rahway; his brother Matthew D. Forsyhte of Rahway; and his cousin Joshua.
