With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cortell Yvonne Tappan of Rahway, New Jersey, who passed away on August 31, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sibling Garnet Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Rodney William Tappan Jr., Kevin Keith Tappan (Andrea), Travis Burnett Tappan and Tracy Lynn Jean (Charles); her siblings, Angela, Charnette (Joseph), Antoinette (Robert), Candace (John), Steven (Rosalind), Theresa, Joy (Sheridan) and Big Kevin; her uncle Rodney Miller Sr.; and her brothers-in-law, John Wesley Tappan and Gerald Burnett Tappan. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and many other Relatives.
