He was predeceased by: his wife Antoinette. He is survived by: his children, Frank (Dawn), Jennifer Jones and Denise Salvatore (Robert); and his grandchildren, Rhianna, Zachary, Robbie and Eva. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and friends.
