He is survived by: his parents, Harry K. Cook and Ruby Cook; his spouse Mattie Henderson; his children-in-law, Shari Cook, Harold Cook Jr., Ylonda Cook-Euston, Ruby J. Abdul-Wahid, Karen Cook and Eric Euston; and his grandchild Tarsha Morton.
